Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one active taya05 account. taya05 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity verification procedures to detect and close duplicate accounts. The discovery of multiple accounts associated with a single individual will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering on taya05, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID; your date of birth; a valid email address; a Philippine mobile number; and your residential address. You are obligated to update this information promptly whenever it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya05 account credentials, including your username and password. taya05 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) using your registered Philippine mobile number. You must notify taya05 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
A taya05 account is personal to the registered holder and is non-transferable. You may not allow any other person — including family members residing in the same household — to access or use your taya05 account. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have reported unauthorized access in a timely manner.
All taya05 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. taya05 does not charge currency conversion fees, and no currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions.
taya05 is required to verify the identity and age of all players as part of its regulatory obligations and responsible gaming commitments. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released from a taya05 account.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the taya05 account holder. taya05 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held in pending status until verification is complete. taya05 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request that does not satisfy its verification and compliance requirements.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless taya05 approves an alternative in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers made available on taya05 are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, which include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum deposit conditions, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, validity periods, and applicable game restrictions.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant offer before they may be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified per offer. The Privacy Policy explains what data taya05 collects, the legal basis for processing, how data is stored and secured, your rights as a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), and how to exercise those rights.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to taya05's data processing activities as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain consents at any time, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

taya05 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, taya05 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
Where changes are non-material — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter player rights, or updates required by regulatory directive — taya05 may implement them immediately and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of taya05 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of taya05, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit a formal complaint to [email protected], and taya05 will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. Players do not waive any rights they may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
